Hope you're all ok and keeping warm on this very chilly day?
I've made today's card for a good friend of mine. She's a bit of a nosy baggage and is always poking around on here so chances are she'll see it before it's even in the post, but that'll learn her! Lol.
For this one I've used a beautiful digi called Berry from Wee Stamps. I love their images and have a few, though I definitely need more.
Berry and her little furry friend are just so adorable. They're also an absolute joy to colour with my lovely, wonderful, beautiful promarkers. Can you tell I'm really enjoying all the colouring in I'm getting to do lately? Lol.
So, we've established that she's coloured with promarkers and I've also added a little bit of glitter to the white fluffy bits...though I did resist glittering the cat!
I've used another fabulous paper from Bearly Mine (link on right hand column) which is from big collection I bought from them a year or so again. Think it's time I did a little more shopping with them! Their papers are just lush. Once again, I couldn't bear covering up the papers with embellies.
I've matted and layered the paper, image and sentiment onto green Papermania textured card and gold mirror card, and used the larger size Marianne Poinsettias this time...again with my little gold flowers. I've cut the sentiment, which is from Crafty Sentiments, and matting layers using my Spellbinders circle and lacy circle dies and finished off with just a few faux gems for balance.
Think my very nosy friend will like this one.
I've entered this into the following challenge:
http://kaboodledoodles.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Use the Colour Red.'
Take care everyone.
Happy crafting!
xx
