Happy Hopper Decorative Easel.

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all ok and busy crafting?

Today's card has been made using a Happy Hopper stamped image and my Spellbinders dies.  It's ages since I've done a bunny card, so here goes:

Awwwww...how cute is this image?  Thing is, the colours haven't come out that well in the photo and so the poor little bunny asleep in the cone looks a bit poorly.  He must have eaten too much ice cream, lol.

Obviously, the stamps (image and sentiment) are from Joanna Sheens gorgeous House Mouse range.  The topper image is from the Happy Hoppers Special Day set and the sentiment stamp is from the House Mouse Birthdays Ice Cream set.  The topper was coloured in using promarkers.

The papers for the background and the flowers are from Bearly Mine (details in panel on right) and I think they might be freebies as they were in my misc. section in the folder.  I chose the backing paper as it goes very well with the cones (though you can't see it that clearly in the picture) and the flower papers as they matched nicely with the paper and the matting layer, which was colour picked from the edging of the backing paper which has been cut away.

I have used the Spellbinders Labels 8 for the layers and the Decorative Labels 8 for the base easel.
I also used Spellbinders Daisy dies for the flowers and then finished off with a couple of faux pearls.

I will be entering this card into the following challenges:

http://joannasheenchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'So Sweet.'

http://bearlymine-challenges.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Anything Goes.'

Take care everyone
Happy Crafting!
xx

  10. Lexie your card is absolutely stunning, the bunny in the ice cream cone certainly does look unwell, I guess his eyes were bigger than his little belly lol.
