Lillibet - DT Card Scribble and Scrap Challenge #26

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all well?

It's been all go at this end.  Not only have we (that's the Royal 'we') been busy finishing off sorting out our lovely new home, but we've also been exploring as well.  And you may have noticed that there have been a few changes in the Scribble and Scrap Crafts shop.  In case you have missed it, we have retired all the digital images but have kept the digital papers and Vintage Photo Sheets...BUT we have also added a lot more products and more will be coming very soon as I placed some fabulous orders yesterday.  At present we have some of Joanna Sheen's latest CDs (so beautiful) and cardmaking pads packed with lovely toppers.  And we have some cracking paper pads (lots more on their way), Lillibet stamps and lots and lots of flowers which I had made up to go under the Scribble and Scrap Crafts' brand...and there is a lot more to follow!

Anyhoo...it's the start of Challenge #26 over at Scribble and Scrap and, as always, it's Anything Goes.  There are now no prizes for the Top Three or a GDT spot, however there will be two winners (one drawn by Random.Org and one selected by myself) and each will win a £10 voucher to spend at Scribble and Scrap Crafts.

Right...here's my card:

I'm afraid the photo doesn't show the colours off too well (they're a little brighter in the flesh, and the paper in the centre across the middle has a creamy, yellow background...who said cameras never lie?) but isn't this little girl so adorable?

This is Lillibet and she can be found here.

Lillibet is so quick and easy to colour and I think she'd also really look good coloured in using sepia tones...shall have to try that another day.

This stamp is Lillibet Holding Flower and the papers are from the Lillibet Designer Paper Pack.
The flower is from the Little Flowers pack in the Scribble and Scrap Crafts flowers range.
The sentiment is from the Dovecrafts Curiosity Corner Sentiment Stamp Set and the faux pearl hearts and brad are from the Hobby House and I will be having them in the shop in the near future.

The die cuts were created using a Spellbinders die (stock of the future!) and a Doo Hickey dragonfly die (also on my wishlist for the shop) cut out of cream glitter card.

I coloured the image using the following markers:

Copics:  E00, E11 and E21

Promarkers:  Cool Grey 1, Blender, Putty, Dusky Rose, Antique Pink, Coral, Sunkissed Pink, Almond, Meadow Green, Apple, Sandstone, Blush and Satin.

I will be entering this card into the following challenges:

I hope you come and join us in the new challenge and that you pop by the shop to take a look.  There is currently a launch sale going on where you can enter the code LAUNCH20 and get 20% off all your orders.  There is also free p&p for sales of £9 or more.  Please note that we do not currently ship outside of the UK.

Take care and happy crafting!
