Happy Monday to you all! Hope you all have fab weeks and get lots of crafty time.
Today is the start of a fresh, new challenge over at Paula Holifield's A Little Bit Crafty Challenge and the theme for this month is the ever popular 'Die-ing for It!' which will enable you to dig out those dies and make lots of gorgeous projects. It can be any craft project as long as it follows the theme, so that could be boxes, framed pics, stationery sets...anything that you can use a die in.
The sponsors for this month are:
Cheery lyn
Saturated Canary
Smeared ink
So some lovely prizes will be up for grabs. So go over to the challenge, have a good old look at the fabulous design team's inspirational projects then get crafting!
Krista Smith over at Saturated Canary allowed us to pick a digi to use for this challenge, and I selected Muriel.
I coloured the image using my Promarkers and three Copics as follows:
Copics: E00, E11 and E21
Promarkers: Antique Pink, Baby Pink, Marine, Turquoise, Cool Aqua, Caramel, Sandstone, Satin, Tea Green, Grey Green, Ginger, Peony, Fresh Bloom, Daffodil Bloom and Eggnog. Think that was about it.
I've used the Spellbinders oval dies and the Lacy Oval ones to make the easel base. The flower is made from Marianne dies.
The big brad is from Hobby House and the faux pearls are from my stash - I coloured them with a Promarker.
The pink card is from Hunkydory and the backing paper is from a set from Wild Rose Studio.
Hope you likeit.
Don't forget to head over to the A Little Bit Crafty Challenge to check out the other DT's gorgeous creations.
Take care everyone and happy crafting!
xx
