Work in Progress - Key to my Heart.

Hi Folk!

Hope you're all ok and keeping warm and dry.  We're lucky, as usual, as we've not got it too bad at the moment, though the temp's dropping like mad and the wind's picking up.  It's also been very wet...but no snow!

Anyway, I've not made a card today as I want to have a think about this one.  I've just finished colouring her in and I'm pretty pleased with the result.  It's another fabulous new Heather Valentin digi which is only available from her Lacy Sunshine store.  Right now, Heather has a sale on as some of her 2012 Christmas digis (and a few others) are retiring, so head over there now and grab a bargain as they're only $1 a digi!!!

So...here's the coloured 'Lizabeth, Key to my Heart' image which I will be making into a card tomorrow...so don't miss the next exciting episode!  Lol.

Isn't she an absolute stunner?  Look at that face...it's like looking in the mirror!  NOT!  Lol.

She's been coloured using Promarkers and I have used the following colours:

Caramel, Sandstone and Satin - hair.
Coral, Sunkissed Pink, Blush and Baby Pink - skin.
Antique Pink, Baby Pink - lips.
Marine, Turquoise and Cool Aqua - eyes.
Antique Pink, Baby Pink, Pale Pink and Blender - dress, hat and heart.
Orchid, Amethyst and Purple - purple bits.

I really did love colouring this image...it was so relaxing and so rewarding as she's just beautiful.

Now, don't miss the next exciting episode (tomorrow) of  'Key to my Heart,' where you will find out if that heart is unlocked by a handsome prince...or whether the image is just shoved on a card and entered into a few challenges...  :o)

Don't forget Heather's retiring digi sale over at Lacy Sunshine!  They're all cracking digis...Heather doesn't churn out any old rubbish and I'm amazed these are retiring.

Take care everyone.
Keep warm and happy crafting!
xx
