Hope you're all ok?
Well...today's the start of a brand new challenge over at the Joanna Sheen Challenge. We've all been given time off over Christmas so this time the challenge is going to last for a month! The theme is 'With Love at Christmas' so we'd really love to see all your special cards.
This time round the prize will be a £30 voucher to spend on Joanna Sheen's site...what a hardship! Lol. There are also blinkies for the Top 3 entries and the chance for a guest spot on the design team. So best of luck to all of you.
And here's my entry for this challenge:
As you can see, it's everyones' favourite meeces! The stamp used is from the Reindeer set and is so lovely. I would love to be given a gingerbread man by these adorable little cuties.
For the base easel, matting layers, paper and topper I have used a mix of Spellbinders Labels Four dies and Penny Duncan cutting files with my Cameo.
The backing paper is one from Bearly Mine (link over on right column) and I have glittered all the stars and added random mini faux pearls. I've added a small flourish at the top with a glittered snowflake from my stash.
The card I have used for the matting and layering is metallic, textured cardstock from QVC.
The image has been coloured using promarkers.
So...head over to the challenge and give it a go. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
Take care & happy crafting.
