Hope you're ok?
Sorry I've been a bit quiet on Facebook, etc, lately, but been having big family problems. All getting sorted now, though, so should be back to normal (me? normal?) very soon.
Anyway, just had a little play around with one of my new dies. I bought two Marianne Craftable dies to try...the circle and the oval. This is obviously the oval. Rather than use it in the usual way I've made it into a tiny little lacy easel card and I'm really pleased with how it came out, even though the topper was rushed.
The card's cut using the Oval Marianne Craftables lacy oval die out of supersmooth card. It cut through the double layers really easily which is brilliant.
The topper was created in my My Craft Studio software using the Smudge CD...he's so cute. I glittered part of the heart for definition.
The roses are from Wild Orchid and the dragonfly was cut using Doo Hickey's dragonfly die and embellished with faux pearls.
Think I might enter this into the Joanna Sheen Challenge Blog...more making up for missing out next month, lol.
Hope you like this little cutey card.
Take care and hope to be back with another card tomorrow.
