Flower Fairy Lacy Circle Card

Hi Folks!

Hope you're ok?  I'm fine and I'd like to thank everyone for their comments over the last few days as they've helped to cheer me up no end.  Also, I'd like to thank people (you know who you are) for the support they've given me as well.  Big changes are afoot around here, but I'm going to be positive and make things as fab as possible as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I've been doing some crafting.  Can only show you one of the cards as the others are top secret, lol.  And this one's a quickie along the same lines as yesterdays as I've used the Mariannes Craftables Circle die for this one.  Actually, I think it's even prettier than yesterdays, though I love the way the edges ruffled like real lace on the oval one.

As you can see, the image is from Crafter's Companions Flower Fairies CD.  I've kept this simple as my brain's not working properly (actually...that's normal!) so have just cut it out using a Spellbinders circle die then layered it onto a matting layer colour picked from the fairy's dress.

I really love these dies and wish Marianne would make them in a larger size as these are so tiny, but I like tiny so...   They cut beautifully and really do give a lovely finish.

I've just matted and layered, made a sentiment, sprinkled some glitter on her wings and shoved on some Wild Orchid roses.  So a really simple card but very, very pretty.

Hope you like it.
Big hugs all round.

  5. Wow Lexie your mini cards are super !
I agree with your thoughts on the dies, sometimes they are just too small for some size of cards.
This one is so pretty do you know the name of it ?
