Somebunny Loves You!

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all ok?

Today's card is based around a gorgeous little digi image by Karen Middleton which I have just bought from Cuddly Buddly.  It is so cute and I knew what I was going to do with it straightaway...right down to the paper I'd use, which is from Bearly Mine.  I think it goes perfectly with the flower the bunny's holding.

The base card is a scalloped edge 6x6 (approx) which I have used tent fold.  I love this way of using it as I've found the cards photograph so well like this.

I've used my MCS software to create the design and the light brown colour for the matting layer has been picked from the flowers on the backing paper.  The leaf edge is another digi stamp by Karen Middleton, purchased from Cuddly Buddly and I think it fits in nicely with the design.  It's just a case of matting and layering and using my promarkers to colour the digi stamp.

The sentiments were made using Spellbinders circles and lacy circles dies, and I have used the brown matt and the writing is colour picked from the blue background on the paper to tie it all in.

The flower embellishment is from my stash, as are the clear faux gems.  The inside of the card is decorated to match the front.

I love this bunny and I've designed the card (I hope) to be unisex.

Right...back to crafting!
Take care everyone.

    1. Ta Linda. He's absolutely adorable, isn't he? I really do wish I could draw. Karen Middleton also did that gorgeous cat on one of my other Valentine's cards. I'd love to have her talent.
