Joanna Sheen DT Ribbons Challenge Card.

Hi everyone!

You all ok?  Been busy crafting?

Today is the start of a new challenge over at the Joanna Sheen Challenge Blog and it's my fortnight to host the challenge so here I am.

This time around the challenge theme is 'Ribbons' so we want to see lots of gorgeous entries featuring ribbons in one way or another.

The prize is a £15 voucher to spend at www.joannasheen.com  and to be in with a chance of winning that voucher you need to make sure you use a product from Joanna Sheen's vast range of stamps, CDs or decoupage papers.

Anyhoo...here's my card for the challenge:

I have used a gorgeous topper and paper from Joanna's stunning Hollypond Hill Double CD Set for this card.  Love the papers on this CD and the images are so pretty and cute.

I've colour picked from the paper to get the perfect matting colour and used that for all the matting including the sentiment which I created on my laptop.

I have secured the ribbon by putting a little slit along the fold in the card and threading it through so it is fixed internally with no 'fixings' showing on the front.

The ribbon and blue faux pearls were from my stash.  Simples!  :o)

So...head over to the Joanna Sheen Challenge Blog for more inspiration from our fabulous DT and then go and dig out some ribbon and see what you can come up with...preferably using a Joanna Sheen image!

Take care everyone & happy crafting!
xx
