Hope you're all ok and having a lovely New Year's Eve. Watch out for those hangovers, won't you?
A few people have commented on the improvement in my colouring lately, and I'm really chuffed that it's been noticed. I still have a lot to learn and a long way to go, but I finally feel like I'm making progress. I've been helped in this by watching YouTube videos and I've promised someone that I would put links to some of the ones I've been watching lately, so here they are:

Hope these help some of you as much as they've helped me. I'm still practicing like mad and loving every minute of it. It's very satisfying.
Anyway...today I have someone else for you to meet. A little someone who's super adorable and Jamie absolutely melted when he saw her for the first time this morning. This also explains where Eleanor was while Pickles & Waldo were off hunter gathering yesterday - back at the cave helping with the little ones!
Aaawwww, isn't she lovely? Made a bit of a mistake with this one as I should have given Eleanor a change of colour to go with her new style and then Wanda would have stood out more, but what a little cutie she is. Woolly mammoths are so gorgeous...or were. :o(
I've used my Spellbinders dies (circles and Labels 4) for this easel, along with Papermania textured cardstock and a sheet of Hunkydory card...can't remember the name of the kit, though, sorry.
I created a sentiment (Happy 1st Birthday) on my pc and printed that onto the same watercolour card I used for the digi (coloured in Promarkers, by the way).
The beautiful flowers and leaves are from Wild Orchid (link over on right hand panel) and the faux gems are from my stash.
And the beautiful digi of Eleanor & Wanda is, as I'm sure you'll recognise by now, by Heather Valentin and is only available from her official online store at Lacy Sunshine.
I will be entering this card into the following challenges:
http://ilovepromarkers.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Anything But a Square.'
http://promarkerchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ where you need to add 'Happy' in the sentiment. Winner.
http://tuesdayalchemy.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Anything Goes.'
http://cdsundaychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Think of a Number.'
http://kaboodledoodles.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Anything Goes.'
http://artisticinspirationscrafts.blogspot.co.uk/ where the theme is 'Anything Goes.' Winner.
Take care everyone, and sending you lots of love and best wishes for the coming year.
Happy New Year!
xx
