Wellington Bear Man's Open Book Card.

Hi Folks!

Hope you're all ok?

Sorry...being a bit boring today with another open book card.  Just wanted to show you that they can be used to make mens' cards as well.

I've used Docrafts Wellington for this one.  Their Fair Usage Policy is very tight so you cannot take this into other programmes to work on, however, you can do quite a bit of the card in the Digital Designer software and use templates for the rest, which is what I've done.

The image, frame, papers and corners are all from the Wellington CD.  I have just added the gold peel offs and the gold bow.  I did print and cut out one from the disc but my little boy pinched it...well, he didn't think it looked right, lol.

I'm going to enter this into Emma's Challenge.  I've really cut back on challenges as I just don't have the time, but I saw on Facebook that some muppet had hacked into her blog and wiped the entire thing...and there's a lot on Emma's blog.  She's been putting it back together and thought I'd put forward a little bit of support by entering this month's challenge where the theme is 'Mens' Birthday.'  And as it's her hubby's birthday then I've added his name onto it.  The prize this month is an Advent Calendar, which I wouldn't mind getting my paws on for my little guy...worth a try anyway!  As they say, you've got to be in it to win it, so here goes:

Best of luck sorting your blog out Emma.xx

I'll give you a break from Open Book Cards for a bit now...unless I do one I really, really love, lol.

Enjoy your weekend everyone.  Wrap up warm and happy crafting!
xx
