Paintbox Poppets Sketch Based Card.

Hi Folks!

Hope you're all ok?  Are you getting some of the hot weather?  Feels pretty humid here but it's a funny old day...not sunny but not dull either.

Today's card is for the challenge over at Kraftyhands where the theme for this month is a sketch by the lovely Linda Simpson, and a very nice sketch it is too.

And here is my interpretation of the sketch.

Deciding to keep it nice and clean and simple, I have elected (posh that!) to just use two tiny little silver corners and two little 1 cm white roses, both items from Wild Orchid, and three faux pearls from my stash.  I'm really into the clean look at the moment, after going through a phase of piling it all on, lol.

The papers, sentiment and image are all from Crafters Companions Paintbox Poppets CD which is available to purchase  here.   The inside of the card is decorated to match the front.

Card base is a 6 x 6 scalloped edge, and the dies I used are Spellbinders Circles and Scalloped Circles.

The matting card is Supersmooth and the colour was picked from the background of the topper image.

This card has been entered into the following challenge:

Krafty Hands where the theme is 'a Sketch.'

Take care everyone.
Happy crafting.
xx
