Country Companions.

Hi Folks!

Hope you're all having a fabby day?

Today's card is a very simple one and is quite different to the type I usually do, but I like it.

Don't know what happened but the matting layers are peach coloured but look brown here...that dodgy photography again!

I've designed this using the Digital Designer software and joined two papers together and hid the join with one of the ribbons from the CD.  All the elements (apart from the flourish) are from the CD, including the sentiment.

It was simply matted and layered and chucked into place.  The inside matches the front.
I think it's quite cute.

Happy Crafting Folks!
xx

  3. This is gorgeous Lexie! I did my very first cross stitch using Country Companions back in 1996 and I still have it today. Lovely colours and that bow looks so life like.

    Hugs to you both

    1. Thanks for that Carrie. I found it the other day when I was buying my new dies and added it to my blog list. They do some stunning dies, don't they? Shall be buying lots more, I think. Really looking forward to playing with the new ones when they arrive. And you could have posted that on MCS...they wouldn't mind.
      Thanks again Carrie.
      Take care.
