What a beautiful day it's been. I love days like these as I'm more than happy to pull on the huge jumpers, thick socks and woolly hats. It's so beautiful, even if it is cold.
Anyway, today's card is for the Joanna Sheen Challenge Blog. The theme for the month is lurve and I'm sick of all this red stuff so have gone my own little way.
I've had the Joanna Sheen Enchanted Dreams CD, which features the incredible work of Josephine Wall, for ages but not used it as I didn't feel I could do any of the artwork justice. But I'm a little more experienced now so went for it. I picked this beautiful image from the Love section and used the paper which goes with it.
I'm really into these lovely vintage, muted colours at the moment as they're so pretty. I've made sure the matting and layering worked by colour picking from the image and paper and it gives a beautiful soft effect. There's quite a bit of matting and layering on here to add extra interest, but basically it speaks for itself and I'm sure you can see exactly how I've done things.
The ribbon and faux pearls are from my ever dwindling stash, and the roses are from Wild Orchid.
I am entering this card into the following challenge:
I'm really enjoying this card making malarky! Lol.
Have loads of crafty fun out there Folks!
