Faye Whittaker Mother's Day Card.

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all ok?  This machine's still limping on, though giving lots of problems.  All will be sorted soon, though.

Today I've been doing a couple of top secret design team projects.  I would show them but then I'd have to shoot you, so probably best if I keep them to myself or I'd be in big bovver, lol.  But I've just made a quickie card for the blog.  It's from my new Joanna Sheen CD and it's the Faye Whittaker Collection.  The images and papers on this CD are so beautiful and innocent and clean.  I love it!
And as you can see, I've kept the whole thing clean and simple as well...which is a pretty difficult thing for me to do as I really love my embellishments.

The image and paper are from the Faye Whittaker Collection cd.  I created the sentiments myself and cut them out using Spellbinders circle and lacy circle dies.

The blue matting was colour picked from the sea in the papers so is a perfect match, and I have used this to mat the image, the paper and the sentiments.

I cut the paper lace out of Papermania Textured card using a Martha Stewart punch and then just added a couple of faux pearls from my stash.  Even I don't think this card needs any more than that!  Lol.  The artwork is just so beautiful and gentle that I've left it to do the work.

The inside is decorated to match.

Think this CD is another I will be using quite a bit...it's just beautiful.

Take care everyone and thanks for looking.
xx
