A Quickie Card - Cheating with a Wee Topper!

Good moaning everyone!  

If you've not noticed I have candy up for grabs!  Lots of the stuff...£50 worth in fact!  Just click on the Candy badge at the top of the right sidebar and it'll whip you to the candy like magic!  

Yesterday was one of those days when I didn't have time to make the card I wanted but then spent so much time fiddling around trying to decide what to do that I ended up all but running out of time.  So I grabbed a trusty topper and took it from there.

I have trimmed the topper to a rectangle using my guillotine to make it easier to mat.  I played around in my MCS software to get the right blue for the matting layer and then just printed out a couple of sheets. 

The card candi is from my stash.  We do have some in the shop (here) but not these wants at present.  

I coloured the leaves using Vintage Linen distress ink.

This card was created using a 7x7 scalloped card base. 

The papers do have a light pattern on them but it doesn't show in the photo.

The inside is decorated to match.
